Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience:
5-7 years of hands-on experience in performance and load testing using Apache JMeter.
Performance Test Development:
Develop, execute, and maintain performance, load, stress, and scalability tests using Apache JMeter.
Create custom JMeter scripts with proper parameterization, correlation, assertions, and dynamic test data handling.
Deep understanding of performance testing concepts (throughput, response time, latency, TPS, etc.).
Distributed and Cloud-Based Testing:
Design and implement distributed load testing using JMeter in master-slave configurations or cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, OCI).
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
Analyze test results, monitor system metrics using both Linux-based tools and APM solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, Dynatrace), and generate comprehensive performance reports.
Conduct detailed report analysis to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
Proven experience in generating, interpreting, and presenting detailed performance reports to identify trends and performance bottlenecks.
Linux Environment Management:
Leverage in-depth Linux knowledge (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu, RedHat) to deploy, run, and manage JMeter tests.
Utilize Linux command-line tools and shell scripting to automate test executions and data collection.
CI/CD Integration:
Integrate JMeter tests into CI/CD pipelines (using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps) for automated performance testing.
