We are pleased to inform that Trigyn Technologies Limited has signed the MSA with Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) an autonomous society of Ministry of Electronic and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, located at 9th Floor, NDCC-II Building, Jai Singh Road, (Opp Jantar Mantar) New Delhi to set-up BPO/ITES operations for 200 number of seats and operate it for a minimum period of three years from the date of commencement of the BPO/ITES operations at Andhra Pradesh (Visakhapatnam) under Indian BPO Promotion Scheme (IBPS).
The significant terms of the MSA is as per the RFP issued vide STPI’s No. STPI/HQ/PDC/09/2017-18/035/6 dated 19.03.2018 and IPA issued vide no. STPI/HQ/PDC/09/2017-18/035/6 dated 15.06.2018.
The MSA shall be effective from the date of signing and shall remain valid till the expire of a period of 3 (Three) years from the date of commencement of BPO/ITES operations, excluding the period of Viability Gap Funding (VGF) claim and disbursement.
