TRIGYN EXPANDS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Trigyn Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange of the following appointment: Mr. Nitin Dinkar Palekar has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. July 30, 2004. This appointment of Mr. Palekar is an additional director. His appointment as a Director will be put up before the AGM of the shareholders, for their approval, scheduled to be held in September.
