United Telecoms Limited, a Bangalore based company, acquired a major stake in Trigyn and has become the primary shareholder of the company. As a result of this transaction all outstanding debt related issues of the company have been resolved. The move will allow both Trigyn and UTL to leverage shared resources, expand capabilities and increase market presence.
