Job Description:
Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Business Process Automation Specialist. This resource will be working at our client site in Bangkok, Thailand.
Job Responsibilities:
The consultant will support and enhance the development and implementation of HRMS process automation solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with HRMS policies. This includes streamlining HR workflows such as classification, internship recruitment, consultant recruitment, staff onboarding, automated reminders for staff benefits, and so forth. Additionally, the consultant will assess existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to optimize HRMS operations.
Under the supervision of the HRMS focal point, the consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Analyze current HRMS processes and workflows, identifying areas for automation and efficiency improvements, while applying industry best practices in software development and process optimization.
• Prepare a project proposal for each automation initiative.
• Collaborate with HRMS and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional automation workflows. If required, coordinate the development with the developer, and provide necessary support and solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Ensure automation solutions are user-friendly, scalable, and fully aligned with organizational policies and standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented automation tools.
• Train HRMS staff on the use of automated processes.
• Document technical and functional aspects of automation solutions for knowledge management and future enhancements, as well as provide detailed manuals for knowledge transfer to the HRMS staff.
• Continuously monitor and improve automated workflows based on user feedback and emerging technologies.
• Perform other duties for Staffing, Outreach and Diversity (SOD) and Advisory & Client Management (ACM) teams as required.
Deliverables:
• Project Proposal with the detailed of current workflow, pain points, user requirements and proposed fully functional automated workflows.
• User guides and training materials for HRMS staffs on automated systems.
• Documentation of all developed automation solutions for future reference and scalability.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Information System Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A combination of IT and HR qualifications is highly desirable.
Experiences / Skills:
• A minimum of three years of experience in IT solutions for business related workflows, HR process automation or a related field is required.
• Proven ability to analyze business/HR workflows and develop automation solutions to enhance efficiency is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint is required.
• Knowledge of Information Systems and HR is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business/HR requirements into automation solutions, with effective communication and stakeholder engagement in a multicultural environment is desirable.
• Prior experience working in international organizations is desirable.
