Job Description:
Our client - a major utility firm based out of Westchester County, NY - has an immediate need for ClearPoint Strategy (Software) Functional Specialist. The particulars of the position are as follows.
Project Overview
The Corporate Strategy department is looking for a ClearPoint Strategy (Software) Functional Specialist who will be responsible for supporting, developing, and customizing information as it relates to strategic planning, organizational alignment, business reporting, dashboards and KPIs.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
• Gather and facilitate business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration, and end-user support for data, analytics, report automation, integrations, data collection and customized reporting.
• Conduct data analysis, develop reports and carry-out customer liaison activities where appropriate.
• Analyze, diagnose, recommend, and implement best practice solutions that resolve business needs.
• Design and create specs for new programs. Manage the transition of applications from implementation to post-implementation support, including training and user-assistance programs.
• Acts as a liaison between the Corporate Strategy and business units for the development and implementation of new reporting tools and enhancement of existing tools.
• Develop reporting structures and business objects, including ad hoc queries and reports from ClearPoint in support of revolving business needs.
Skills
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on expertise with ClearPoint Strategy Software
• Strong knowledge of information systems analysis, design, and development for corporate strategy activities.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve problem situations as effectively as possible.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability requiring a high degree of attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration mindset with an ability to cultivate productive relationships with stakeholders, peers and teams.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Highly experienced in administering ClearPoint Strategy applications.
