Trigyn has a long-term contract opportunity for Help Desk Analyst with our direct client - a major utility services firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Details on the role are listed below:
Note: This assignment is five days on-site, in Philadelphia, PA.
Minimum skills and experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in single point of contact help desk.
• Experience using GroupLink's Everything Helpdesk and Jira’s Service Management application.
• Strong customer service skills; telephone etiquette.
• Good team-oriented interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good oral and written communications skills (technical and non-technical).
• Strong understanding of the ACD system and trouble ticket process.
