We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager/Lead with at least 12 years of experience to lead the Data Analytics team responsible for delivering interactive and real-time dashboards for critical business projects. The Project Manager/Lead will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring that dashboards are developed and implemented efficiently, within budget, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and project management, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive data-driven decision-making.
This role requires leadership skills, technical acumen, and a strategic mindset to guide the team in delivering high-quality dashboards that support business insights and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
•Project Planning and Strategy
•Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets, for the successful implementation of data analytics dashboards.
•Define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership.
•Align project goals with broader business strategies, ensuring that the dashboard solutions meet organizational needs and support data-driven decision-making.
•Leadership and Team Management
•Lead a cross-functional team of data analysts, data engineers, Power BI developers, business analysts, and other team members to deliver high-quality dashboard solutions.
•Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

•Manage workload distribution, ensuring the team meets deadlines and quality standards while maintaining a high level of employee engagement and motivation.
•Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management
•Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (Ministry/Department) and the project team, ensuring that project requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
•Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and any changes to the project scope or timeline.•
Facilitate discussions between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
•Project Execution and Monitoring
•Oversee the entire project execution process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
•Monitor project milestones and KPIs to track progress and performance, adjusting project plans and resources as necessary to stay on track.
•Conduct regular project status meetings, reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring that any issues are promptly escalated and resolved.
•Risk Management and Issue Resolution
•Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to project timelines or outcomes.
•Proactively resolve issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
•Implement contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges or changes in project scope.
•Budget and Resource Management
•Manage project budgets, ensuring that all resources (human, technical, and financial) are utilized effectively to achieve project goals.
•Track and report on project expenses, identifying areas where cost optimization can be achieved.
•Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and external partners when necessary to ensure cost-effective procurement of tools, technologies, and services.
•Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
•Ensure that all project deliverables meet the organization’s quality standards and are aligned with the expectations of stakeholders.

•Conduct post-project evaluations, gathering feedback from stakeholders and team members to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
•Continuously improve project management processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes in future projects.
•Change Management and Training
•Lead change management initiatives related to the implementation of new dashboards or analytics tools, ensuring a smooth transition for stakeholders and end-users.
•Develop and execute training programs to help business users and other stakeholders understand and effectively use the dashboards for decision-making.
•Ensure that project documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date, providing a clear knowledge base for future projects and ongoing dashboard maintenance.
•Innovation and Thought Leadership
•Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data analytics, business intelligence, and dashboarding technologies.
•Promote innovative solutions within the team to continuously enhance the value delivered by the dashboards and improve business insights.
•Serve as a thought leader within the organization, providing strategic recommendations on how data analytics can further support business goals.
Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
•A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
•Experience: At least 12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data analytics, business intelligence, and dashboard development.

•Project Management Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
