Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in delivery / program management in banking, Financial Services or Hi-Tech industries
• 5+ years of global delivery or oversight in similar organizations
• 5+ years of experience in business transitions and enablement
• 5+ years working in a matrixed environment with offshore centric delivery organizations
• Certifications in process improvement, project management, and agile methods is a plus
Responsibilities
The Vice President, Global Delivery and Optimization at Trigyn is responsible for Software Delivery and Support. This role will drive a highly responsive delivery and support structure, and establish a strong, delivery management process. From planning and executing releases to resolving issues and driving continuous improvement, this role will ensure operational excellence setting clear expectations with the offshore delivery organization, sales, and customers, communicate in their language, and get results. This is a role for a builder, problem solver, and results-driven leader.
Software Delivery:
• Software Delivery: Manage projects end-to-end—from planning through release—delivering on time and aligned with client needs and business goals.
• Plan & Establish Delivery Cadence: Create a clear management process with defined cycles, milestones, and communication plans.
• Communicate Delivery Goal Clearly: Provide business stakeholders with clear, business-friendly updates on delivery milestones and timelines.
• Align Delivery to Business Goals: Ensure delivery adds value and is fully understood by stakeholders.
• Set Cadence for Delivery & Support: Establish recurring meetings, reviews, and communication touchpoints with business and technical teams.
• Hit the Ground Running: Be hands-on, set up processes from scratch, and build a scalable, efficient support and delivery operation.
• Align with Leadership: Execute based on company goals and leadership direction.
• Maintain a High-Performance Culture: Be professional, results-oriented, and foster a "get-it-done" mindset.
