Job Description:
Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a SharePoint Front-End Developer. This is a remote position and the resource can work from any location.
Job Responsibilities:
The consultant would help and support the development of content management systems, and integration mechanisms with various sub-systems. The consultant also will provide support to the design and development of the various initiatives of the customer to improve user experience:
1) Develop SharePoint Online custom client-side web parts using SPFx development toolchain and javascript react components.
2) Develop SharePoint Server custom server-side web parts using Visual Studio and Microsoft .Net Framework.
3) Develop scripts for the automation of tasks for SharePoint Online (PnP) and SharePoint Server 2016/2019 (PowerShell) deployments.
4) Provide web application development support.
5) Provide detailed documentation of changes and manage version control with the available systems (Git/GitLab).
6) Provide SharePoint knowledge transfer to Client’s technical support personnel.
7) Apply software development best practices.
8) Perform other duties as required
Deliverables:
1) Perform analysis and design activities (e.g., produce functional design, create test books, and perform feasibility for a project)
2) Deliver solutions using SPFx and Azure Services such as AzureLogicApps, AzureFunctions
3) Conduct all deployments through AzureDevOps following best practice
Educational Qualification:
Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted instead of an advanced university degree.
Experience/Skills:
- 3 Years experience in Javascript React
- At least 2 years developing functionalities for Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 or Online
- Knowledge of content management and Knowledge management is required.
- Experience of D3.js javascript library advantageous
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Self-starter able to dive in, resolve ambiguity, and achieve results.
- Exposure to the software development process of the client Common System is desirable.
